Whether it is these sounds, Victoria's voice and expertise, or a combination of the two which induces such a relaxed state I cannot say. However, it really doesn't matter as long as it produces the desired result and it does! The hypnosis sessions do not just concentrate on one area or technique but combine many different approaches.
